We believe in privacy by design. We minimize data collection to what is strictly necessary to provide our services:

• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide an email, phone number, or password to use our games or utility apps.
• Game Data & Preferences: High scores, unlocked levels, and audio/vibration settings in Esato and Flappy Ball are stored exclusively on your device using Android Shared Preferences or local SQLite databases.
• Direct Communications: If you contact us via email (playstore@diouane.com), we will retain your email address and message history solely to address your technical query or support request.

The Realert: See Deleted Messages app requires the special Android permission android.permission.BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE to function:

• Purpose: To detect, capture, and archive notification banners on your device so you can view deleted notifications or recover messages you may have missed.
• Strict Local Isolation: All intercepted notification content (sender name, message snippet, app package) is saved strictly into your local on-device database.
• Zero Cloud Transmission: We do NOT transmit, upload, backup, or synchronize notification text to our servers or any cloud database. Your messages remain private and offline.
• User Control: You can revoke notification access at any time from your device's Settings > Apps > Special App Access > Notification Access.

Our free applications may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK:

• Ad Identifiers: AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID / GAID), coarse location based on IP address, and app usage data to serve relevant ads, prevent ad fraud, and provide analytics.
• Personalized Ads Consent: Where required by applicable law (such as the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR), we utilize Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent dialog allowing you to accept or decline personalized ads.

To maintain app performance and eliminate bugs, we rely on standard platform diagnostics:

• Google Play Vitals & Crashlytics: Collects anonymized crash stack traces, device model, Android OS version, and ANR (App Not Responding) metrics. This information contains no personal details and is used strictly to fix bugs.

Protecting younger audiences is a core priority:

• Our applications are safe and do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
• If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at playstore@diouane.com so we can delete it immediately.

Depending on your location, you have strong rights regarding your data:

• Right to Erasure / Deletion: You can wipe all app data at any time by clearing the application storage via Android Settings or uninstalling the app.
