Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and digital products published by DIOUANE (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including Esato – Memory Game, Flappy Ball, Realert, and related services.

By downloading, installing, or accessing any part of our services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile applications on compatible Android devices for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and utility purposes.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code of our applications.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our games or software.
• Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of our apps.
• Use automated tools, bots, or cheats to alter gameplay or bypass security features.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, logos, sounds, gameplay mechanics, and code embodied in DIOUANE products are the exclusive intellectual property of Mohamed Diouane / DIOUANE, protected under international copyright and trademark conventions.

Google Play, Android, and other brand names are trademarks of Google LLC and are used strictly for compatibility and platform identification.

Our applications are offered free of charge and are supported by digital advertisements provided through verified ad networks such as Google AdMob. By using our applications, you acknowledge and agree that non-intrusive banner, interstitial, or rewarded video ads may be displayed during app usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our applications, website, and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that our services will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we maintain rigorous engineering quality standards.

To the extent permitted by law, DIOUANE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our applications or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including Consumer Protection Law No. 31-08, without regard to conflict of law principles.
