- The “Diouane” name, logo, and branding elements
- Marketing materials and promotional content

2. Permitted Use
You are permitted to:
- Download and use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes as outlined in our Terms of Service
- Share links to our website or Google Play Store listings

You are not permitted to:

4. Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA-Style)
Diouane Apps respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been reproduced, distributed, or displayed in our applications or on our website in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to legal@diouane.com:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
We will review all notices and respond promptly. False or bad-faith notices may expose the submitter to legal liability.
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a copyright notice is not infringing, or that you have authorisation from the copyright owner, the law, or pursuant to fair use, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@diouane.com containing the required information as specified under applicable law. We will review counter-notices and take appropriate action.
6. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the access of repeat copyright infringers to our services. We maintain records of all notices received and will act appropriately against any user or third party who repeatedly infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
